Architectural & Landscaping Review Policy*
“When in doubt submit for ARB approval, as most exterior additions or modifications require ARB approval.”
Needs Approval – Any addition, removal or modification of the following:
Any structure on your lot including all sides of the home, garage, porches, fences, gates, arbors, trellis, yard ornaments, sculpture, privacy or landscaping walls and recreation equipment.
Any tree. Major pruning also needs approval.
Any bush, hedge, vine or other perennial.
Garden not shown on original or approved landscape plan.
Dog runs, dog houses or invisible fences.
Any change to the exterior colors of your home, including all sides of the home, garage, and porches.
AT THIS TIME, No Approval Needed for the following:
Annuals planted in planting beds designated in original landscape plan or a landscape plan that has been approved by the ARB.
A reasonable number of seasonal decorative lights during the usual and common season.
A reasonable number of hanging baskets and potted plants on a porch
