Board Nominations
As we move toward an owner controlled Board, an election must be held for the new Board. The first step in the process is nominating candidates. If you would like to nominate yourself or another current resident, please complete and submit the nomination form to Shannon Jones. The election for the new Board will not take place until the formal turnover occurs.

Pools are now open for the summer. Please remember that the pools are for residents and their guests only. The pools and pool decks cannot be rented or used for private parties.
Reminder: Homes may only be rented on a yearly basis. No home may be used for short term rentals of any kind.
